- Digital Goods: All items, CPs, and VIP services are virtual. Once delivered, they cannot be returned.
- Non-Refundable: Donations are non-refundable once the transaction is confirmed and items are delivered in-game.
- Exchange Policy: You can request an exchange if an item was purchased by mistake, provided it has not been used or moved, within 24 hours.
- Payment Issues: If you paid and did not receive your items, contact GM immediately with your transaction ID.
